1. What does being a father mean to you? Being a a father means being on duty 24/7. It doesn't matter if you're tired or unwell. If duty calls, you have to be there.
2. What’s the toughest part of fatherhood? For me, the toughest part would be controlling my emotions and not losing my temper during moments when my patience is tested.
3. What is one word to describe being a father? (Being) Hands-on.
4. What is your biggest accomplishment as a father? Seeing Shayden growing up to be this incredibly smart, healthy and happy kid.
5. What surprised you most about being a father? What surprises me the most is the unconditional love I could give to Shayden. Before becoming a dad, I would have never imagined I could love a kid this much.

1. What values does ONE teach you to be a better father? I really resonate with Discipline, Strength and Courage. It is challenging being a dad and these three values help me to be a better one. I practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and I would say the sport has helped me perform my fatherly duties better. There are difficult and comprising situations I run into at times during training and similarly as a father, so these situations have taught me valuable lessons on strength and courage to face whatever challenges that come my way.
2. Would you want Shayden to pick up martial arts as well? Yes I would love that. I hope he can start training as soon as possible.
